The Seville Estate’s Shiraz varieties are one of the most popular red wines produced in this region. After gaining popularity with its premium white wine varieties, Seville Estate has established itself as one of the finest white wine producers in the Yarra Valley.

The wine makers try their best to create classic and authentic wines by using modern techniques and a wine ageing process. Visitors interested in learning more about the wine making process should take a guided winery tour.

After completing its third decade in business, the Seville Estate has become one of the long-established wine producers in the Yarra Valley. This family owned winery was started decades ago by two enthusiastic wine makers and today, Seville Estate is run by the third generation of family members.

To cater the demands of their customers, the wine makers have also created a number of new wine varieties in recent times, which incorporate a number of blended fruit flavours.

Stop by Seville Estate’s restaurant which is open during the day for brunch, lunch and afternoon tea between Friday-Monday. Dinner bookings are available on Friday and Saturday evenings for groups above 15 people. Bookings are essential.
