Marysville Jazz and Blues Weekend 2023 Dates, Ticket Prices & Program
Festival organisers are delighted to announce that Australian music queen Kate Ceberano and psych-folk storyteller William Crighton will be heading the line-up for the 2023 event, with many more to be announced for three nights and two days of something for everyone.
From winning the 1986 Countdown Award for Most Popular Female Artist to receiving the Order of Australia Medal 30 years later, Kate Ceberano is one of Australian music’s most highly regarded vocalists. She’s topped the charts across four decades, won multiple ARIAs, and blown the roof off at the biggest and best festivals. Kate brings her trio to Marysville to head the Friday night line-up for 2023.
Blending folk and roots with Psychedelic rock, ARIA award-winner William Crighton has made waves internationally with his dark, powerful songs and voice. From tales of murder and suicide to love and euphoric conversations with ants, Crighton’s songs tell vivid stories across colourful themes and musical expressions.
Also announced for the event are Frank Sultana, who has recently returned from The USA as the winner of the Memphis Blues Challenge – a competition that saw him victorious against the best-emerging blues talent in the world, and Cass Eager, who will be seeing Saturday night out in style with her retro soul and funky blues.
